Yes - we combine shipping if you are buying multiple items - And yes I refund the excess postage if it weighs less than originally charged. (This happens when your priority cost is $11+ but I could put you in the flat rate envelope).
ONCE YOUR ORDER IS PLACED - I CANNOT CHANGE YOUR SHIP TO ADDRESS - WE CAN CANCEL THE ORDER IF IT HASN'T SHIPPED. I know it is inconvenient, but this is to protect both the buyer and seller protection policy with Etsy.
I guarantee processing time of 1-2 business days; We don't guarantee delivery time frames. That is on the post office. I ship daily Sunday night-Friday at noon. If you order is received in that timeframe - I usually ship same day or next day.
All yardage is cut in continuous lengths unless otherwise detailed or requested.
